150 hours of compensatory time
(100 hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate)

Cash compensation for overtime hours in excess of 100
 (at 1.5 times the hourly rate)

Paid Leave

Vacation - twelve to eighteen days per calendar year, plus compensatory time (based on length of service)

Sick leave - twelve days per calendar year
